Agile Work Readiness collects only the personal details needed to book sessions, tailor coaching, and meet Workforce Australia reporting requirements; coaching conversations are not recorded. All data are encrypted, stored on Australian servers, and shared solely with your referring provider (or regulators if legally required). You can access or correct your information or withdraw non-essential consents at any time. Records of coaching notes are kept for 24 months (financial documents for seven years), then securely deleted. The program operates under the Australian Privacy Act 1988, the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020, and their respective privacy principles, ensuring confidentiality, limited use, and prompt notification of any data breach.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Snapshot: You can reschedule or cancel any Agile Work Readiness session free of charge when you give at least 24 hours’ notice. If notice is under 24 hours - or you don’t attend - the session is counted as delivered and billed (or, for self-funded clients, the fee is forfeited). Emergency situations will always be considered case-by-case; just contact us as soon as possible via email or phone.
Participant Code of Conduct Snapshot:
To keep every coaching session productive and psychologically safe, we ask participants to:
• Arrive on time (or notify us early if delayed).
• Engage respectfully - no harassment, discriminatory language, or disruptive behaviour.
• Keep discussion confidential and use program materials only for personal growth.
• Maintain a professional environment (camera on, no multitasking).
Breaches may result in a session being paused, rescheduled, or - after repeated incidents - terminated in consultation with your referring provider.
